Inventory Guide

Inventory tracks products, variants, batches, serials, warehouses, movements, transfers, and counts.

Setup sequence

1. Create units of measure and product categories.
2. Import products with SKU, barcode, cost method, and tax profile.
3. Create warehouses and mark defaults per branch.
4. Enter opening stock with batch and serial details where required.

Stock operations

• Transfers reserve stock from the source warehouse before receipt.
• Counts create adjustment recommendations that require review before posting.
• Product lookup supports POS barcode scans across variants.
